Lovely design, fragile clasp — but exceptional customer service

Beautiful necklace, the design is elegant and the silver quality is lovely. However, the clasp turned out to be fragile — it bent and opened on its own with minimal handling, which was disappointing for a brand new piece. That said, the customer service was outstanding: they responded immediately and sent a replacement without any hassle. Rare to see that level of care these days, and it makes all the difference.
