Highly disappointed. This was a gift for my husband’s birthday and the watch doesn’t work. I thought maybe it was the battery, so we took it to a jewelry store to have it replaced. Still doesn’t work. I have posted the same video I sent to customer service. We were looking at getting matching rings from Thorum, but after spending $200 on a broken watch I won’t buy anything from them again.
