This sweater is absolutely 💯 gorgeous and I love it, BUT I wish I had read the description FULLY where it stated it was OVERSIZED (I missed that part). 😬 I purchased a Large and definitely needed a medium and there is no return/exchange. 😒 But, it's still beautiful and I'll probably sell to another sister🩷💚 and purchase my correct size. 😉

The item comes in a size larger than normal. Recommended that the buyer be told to size down. Also come need to have a better way to communicate. A phone number will help to create better customer service.
