I adore this shampoo

I absolutely love the shampoo and all of the products. I am getting ready to reorder and restock, but I have one tiny issue. In about 50% of the bottles I have purchased, I cannot get the pump to open up. I have to take an old pump and put it in the new bottle. I am now saving pumps. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? The actual product is 10/10

Leaves my hair smooth and smelling great

I love that the ingredients are clean for the most part. I think the only reason I wouldn’t order again is the fragrance in it. I love the smell of it and my hair feels much healthier.
