I did my first longer ride with the hydration jersey (60 miles of gravel) in mid 80s F with a bladder packed with ice and it really helped with keeping cool and hydrated. Ice was completely melted after about 30 miles. I like the 5 pockets in the back, but think the pockets on the sleeves are not very useable and look cheap. I would recommend getting rid of them. Overall a nice jersey. I normally wear a US medium at 5’7” and 168lbs. I needed an XXL jersey as XL was too tight.

Fit is true to other medium size jerseys although it could be a bit longer for longer torso riders. Bladder pocket work s great, very easily accessible for refilling bladder.
