Sensitive to Cow Milk? Discover the Goat Milk Difference.
If cow milk doesn't sit right, goat milk might be the perfect alternative. Because it features smaller protein and fat molecules and is naturally A2 dominant, it’s easier on the gut and digests much faster—leaving you feeling light instead of bloated.

Love the non-fat goat milk powder
I put the goat milk powder in my coffee. I used to use half and half in my coffee. But the powder is so rich and creamy, I don't need the half and half anymore. I've tried other goat milk powders and none compare to Mt. Capra's. I will continue to buy their products and would highly recommend them!

Powder vs Flakes
Love the goat milk powder! Perfect for milky coffee in the mornings. Not a fan of the flakes. Tried it, but couldnt get flakes to melt into my coffee. Not sure what to use them for.

Creamy, Nutritious, Comforting
When I needed to up my calcium intake, my ayurvedic consultant sister has convinced me the best option for me would be a warm drink with milk. Since I am not a fan of drinking cow milk (it leaves unpleasant aftertaste), I thought I'd try Mt Capra goat milk. It has worked really well, giving a gentle boost to all the systems, supporting my bones, nerves, and even smoother skin. It tastes tiny bit goaty, but not in a bad way - and when I add it to my tea (for example, Kukicha) the drink feels cozy and comforting. It's also nice that it is powdered, so I can have it on hand at all times. My favorite way to use it is in a synergetic combination with a scoop of collagen and 2 tablespoons of mineral whey. After a while of using it that way, my nails have completely transformed: they are no longer ridged, brittle and constantly peeling - instead, they became strong and smooth. I am super curious what over time it might do for my hair ...
