Didn’t give a nice stamp

I do NOT recommend this company. I ordered two custom stamps in December for an April event, and both arrived unusable—light, patchy, and uneven impressions. I was not told upfront that the stamps did not include an ink pad. After receiving them, I was persuaded to purchase an additional ~$80 ink pad, but even with that and following all instructions, the stamps still did not work. Communication was great during the sales process, but once I reported issues, responses became generic and eventually stopped. I provided photos and repeatedly requested my invoice, which has been ignored for weeks. At this point, I have defective products. I am pursuing a refund through my financial institution. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money.
