Mixed Media Matte Liquid Eyeshadow

Brilliant!

I took a chance on this based on marketing hype and reviews, and it really paid off! I am over 40 and I don't wear a lot of make-up these days. (Clean, hydrated skin, from good nutrition and water - that's your natural glow right there!). This product gives me brighter, fresher, wide-awake look with almost zero effort, and with little or other make-up if I don't feel like it. It's one of the only products I have worn on or near my eyes that I can genuinely forget about. Can't feel it at all. Absolutely no creasing , flaking, smudging, nothing getting in my sensitive eyes. Amazing! It's a perfect base for adding more to, and perfect on its own. I'm likely to make a repeat purchase soon... I've been using it daily and it is a small bottle, so that might be the only downside now I am clearly addicted.

Oily sweaty heavy eyelid saviour!

I’ve always had oily sweaty eyelids and have always needed to use a primer. As I’m getting older, with perimenopause creeping in, my eyelids are starting to get heavy. Oily, sweaty, heavy eyelids (I’m really selling myself here) have meant that even with primer, my old eyeshadows have creased and slumped within hours, which has made me sad. I’ve spent the last year hunting for the right eyeshadow. I’ve been pulled in by all the instagram click baits and spent a small fortune but nothing has worked…until now! My hunt is over. This one stays put! Winner!!!

Love the colour

I wasn’t sure at first of the colour of the eyeshadow but on application I was pleasantly surprised what a subtle, versatile shade of pink it was. The texture is lovely and went on easily but you have to work quite quickly with it as it sets fast. Also a little goes a long way and the staying power along with no creasing was phenomenal.. I would suggest blending with a finger is probably more effective as the brush picks up a lot of the product and makes you have to wash the brushes more regularly and causes more waste.
