I matched the size to my normal size of 12 wide for standard and Vibrams EU sizing of 45. Which once they arrive they are marked 45 for EU sizing despite being American marketed. Come to find out that these are a direct production from China which NEVER fit my Scandinavian frame. Short answer they run tight and small.
