I love the product and the features. Sadly had serious problems updating firmware from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0. Ben in tech support is very responsive and has been trying to help. I just sent him my logs after trying a few things. It simply will not load 1.4.0 no matter how i try. Tried recovery mode also tried setting tor off as initially it would not doenload. Now it downloads but won’t install. Also the bumper case promo BTCSESSIONS never arrived and never heard anything further about my bumper case. Otherwise I would rate 5 stars were it not for these two issues.
