My fiancée loved hers and was excited to use it and put away her backpack and started using it right away.

This one is for my sister and it looks great I’m sure she’s going to love it. Very practical.

Terrible packaging. Came smashed and disfigured. Product was not gift wrapped like advertised. Complained to the company and received a jumbled message that couldn’t be read. Very disappointed!!
