Uproot Mold Stain Remover

The order was never shipped. Order placed and confirmation email received on August 2nd. I have reached out to them multiple times. They respondedon 8/18 saying they woukd look into my request to cancel my order and receive a refund if what was oaid within 2 days. It is now August 27th and i have heard nothing more. I have emailed again. Screenshots of emaiks attached. Any help you can provide to resolve this issue wiuld be helpful.

This did not get rid of the mold on the rubber aroundmour front load washer. I scrubbed, left it on for 5 hours, no change, mold/mildew was still there. Then I added more, scrubbed more and left it longer. A few small spots came off but most of it remained. Sorry I bought the 4 pack.

Its a process, itndidnt get dirty overnight and it wont be clean in one wash. But there is definitely improvemebt!
