DTF - Build Gang Sheet

3 Order, 3 Disappointments

In recent weeks we have placed 3 orders. The transfers from the first 2 orders did not adhere to the shirts despite following the directions. We tried a 3rd order yesterday due only to local, fast pickup. This time the bottom of one of the transfers was cut off We have now wasted around $20 in transfers, plus 3 trips to pickup and 2 shirts completely ruined. Now the best we can give the customer, who has been waiting, is a shirt with the number border cut off on the bottom. Will not order again, despite the convenience. 3 Orders, 3 Huge Diappointments and a waste of time and money.

Lately there has been a white halo around images…… no bueno …….. this started about a month ago outside of that I have no complaints

You charged me $33 extra for nothing!

You charged me $33.00 extra to cutout the individual graphics in my gang sheets, yet they came in two long rolls with nothing cutout. I even emailed you to ask about this extra charge for nothing and nobody has bothered to reply to me now for two weeks. You sure are good at repeatedly sending me marketing emails thoutgh.
