I have the 60 in all three materials and like all three. The differences are subtle but discernible, particularly on the high frets of the high strings. The Tokens are louder overall than other picks. I’m comparing them with Blue Chips (very similar), Taylor Darktones (which have less body), Wegens (less body), and the Dunlop Americana (much darker). I think I like the Token Amber best. What people are calling “brighter” I’m hearing as “scooped midrange.” I had to paint a thin strip of Krazyglue on the grip end and drag it through fine dirt in order to get the grip I need. I’ll buy at least a couple more. Great service and respect from the maker.

At first I thought it was crazy to spend this much money for a pick. But this one is great. The beveled edges make way for more of the sound of the string and less of the sound of the pick.
