C3 Printed Mini Dress

Really poor customer service. The threading on this dress was coming undone when I received it and the business owner (same person as the model) completely disregarded my complaints. There was severe miscommunication (and lack of it). When I tried to make things right by returning my item for a refund, she came up with excuses as to why that couldn’t happen. The only resolve was to pay more and be sent another item (which arrived later than she promised). I’m just glad to be done with this ordeal and will not be purchasing from here again.
