I bought 5 of these switches, One has come damaged

I bought 5 of these switches. Four of them work well, some of the bottoms are a little bit harder to push, seems to be stucked or something like that. Unfortunately one of the switch Has come completely damaged. It doesn’t work. even the leds don’t on. Wasteof money

Great switch. Looks and works perfectly. Tge only possible improvement would be the ability to change the colour of the LED when ON.
