I think my 12 year old Chihuahua is doing better on this product and feel it is effective. My problem with this company is that it is EXTREMELY shady. First off, the containers that are advertised are twice as big as what you actually receive. Secondly, when I placed my initial order, there were 3 things I was to receive with my order, including “expedited” delivery. The first order took almost a month to receive and only had the product for 2 days before the auto ship charged my card for my subscription. I truly believe this is a great product. Why do they need to exaggerate the size of the container and not provide all the products I purchased.

That you straight up lie to people, claiming your in the USA, its not the country its the integrety of the company. I ordered on the 5th and still have not recieved my product its now the 24th thats with express shipping. Had I known it was coming out of china I would have expected such felays but beings your company lied Im stuck waiting for only God knows how long and will never use your company again in fact telling anyone and everyone about your dirty ways to get a sale out of the UNITED STATES, its called false advwertizing and you can count on a lawsuit, garunteed!

The product itself appears to be good. I belive it has helped my older labrador. I will say that their customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I had originally ordered a 3-month supply. They turned that into a subscription that I was unaware of and the next month three more jars arrived. Okay cool, I can deal with that, contacted them to put my subscription on pause until I could catch up. They said no problem, we'll pause your subscription and start it back up in November as requested. Then 3 days later they charged me again (second time that month) and sent me three more months worth. I'm done. Canceled my subscription. Too bad they couldn't get their act together or I might have stayed as a customer.
