Bassoon Classic

No issues - I recommend

The "Classic bassoon" reeds are quite good. I have purchased both the medium and medium hard reeds and I really like playing on the medium reed. The medium hard reed is excellent, I just get more tired the longer I play. I can play the "medium" strength reed with no issues. I would be curious if a "medium soft" version of the reed was ever made available. I have purchased the "Signature" bassoon reeds as well and definitely prefer the "Classic" bassoon reed. In general I recommend Legere reeds, it just may take time to find the reed that works best for you.

The Classic Bassoon Reed gets loose out of the Bocal while playing

I’m glad I purchased the Classic Bassoon Reed. It’s a little hard to play the lower notes. The most relevant issue is that the reed gets loose out of the bocal repeatedly. That is a big issue. I have ordered the Medium Soft. Let’s see how the response of this one improves as well as the loose issue.
