This is incredibly delicious! Not to mention super easy to make broth whenever you want it - just add a teaspoon to a cup of boiled water from your kettle. I promptly ordered 5 more - I never want to run out!

No Replacement for Broken Bottles

Unfortunately my jars arrived broken and the package they came in was sopping wet. Even the delivery guy apologized when dropping it off because he knew it had been destroyed. I promptly sent pictures and described the incident to support, but they have refused to send me any replacements. Very disappointed as I really wanted to try this broth, it sounds like a great product. Posting this review for visibility regarding the poor customer service. If your jars show up broken, don't expect them to ship you replacements. Very unfortunate.
