Was expecting this this to be so nice. I saw it reviewed on America's Test Kitchen and decided to get one. It's very fast, accurate, and well built

Very accurate instant read thermometer. I have had other thermometers in the past; however, this one has shown its worth in quality of action and build. I actually left it out in heavy rain overnight. It continues to work perfectly. I also enjoy the purple color.
