Received box, used scissors to break the tape to open, when I opened it there was no packing on the top of the items, the scissors had cut the top item the Aurora conditioner halfway down and it went all over the other items in the box. Can you please add packaging to the top of the box before sealing with tape.

Smells delicious and gets my laundry clean. This is my favourite out of all their products.
