Plate-Loaded Fly Machine

So i am 6’4” tall, 235lbs. The machine is Suprisingly smooth. The ROM is great for both chest fly and rear delt. For rear delt you will see that the handles do not go fully together ish and on youtube there are hacks to correct it. I dont know how much weight it can hold iv put 160 lbs on each horn 320lbs total on the machine not including my body weight and it did fine i will probably add another two 45lb plates onto this for a total of 225lbs per side total of 450lb but that would be like max that i could do personally and it would only be maybe 1 rep. The machine is a plate eater for sure. If you have bumper plates probably will need to get some steal or cal plates. Good peace of equipment felt like i was taking a gamble being a budget peace and the fact im so tall most equipment like GMWD or even some rep i find im in the upper range to use it and it isnt a good fit. But i like this one. 4 stars because i have to use the hack to have full ROM for rear delt. not a deal breaker.

Great product. Just wish the seat can go a little higher. I’m 5’6”. Most guys are taller. So you will not have any problems.
