Long back order time that was changed when the expected date came and went felt dishonest and UPS Air Saver is beyond pathetically slow, so I'd have rather paid for shipping. That being said, the build quality, performance, sound, and feel of this keyboard makes it the best pre-built mechanical keyboard I've ever used. Highly recommend.

The best keyboard I've ever had

Worked great for 10 days - frustrated by LumeKeebs support
The keyboard (oat + PP) was fantastic out of the box (hence 2 stars), but only lasted for 10 days before it stopped working. Tried factory reset, firmware updates, etc. to no avail. After I sent a video documenting the issue, LumeKeebs sent a replacement PCB to fix the issue but the PCB was dead on arrival. While it seems like I unluckily received a lemon, I have been frustrated by LumeKeebs' response and level of support: LumeKeebs has only "reached out to the manufacturer for next steps" instead of offering a replacement or refund, despite my multiple requests for updates at this point. It has now been a month and I still have a dead keyboard, with no clarity on whether I will get a refund or replacement. I'm disappointed by this experience and will plan to repurchase this keyboard elsewhere.
