New helmet and ChinGuard to replace 2 old ones
While slalom training in April, I hooked a gate and fell in a way that I was knocked unconscious. My old POC w/ chin guard didn’t protect me well due to the Styrofoam being old and hard. I bought the SHRED to replace both the POC and BRIKO. I purchased the SHRED Chin Guard but replaced the supplied screws with thumb screws to make it easier to transport. I can tell you more when I actually use it next season.

Poor packaging, item damaged
Item arrived damaged. Packaging was so inadequate (just a plastic bag) that it had ripped and contents were falling out. Chin guard was damaged and bent. A neighbor found the package in the middle of the road and brought it to us. Customer service only offered credit online. Upon calling and leaving a message customer service never returned my call. I won’t be doing business with this company again.
