Lucid Dream

Maybe too early to tell

I have been drinking this every night for about 2 1/2 wks. I think it takes lovely with a little stevia and cream, like a not too sweet hot chocolate. I’m not sure if I’m sleeping better though. It might just be too early so I’ll give it another month but so far sleep still eludes me most nights.

The mushroom coca “lucid dream “ is not what it seems it is . The powder is nice and clean and has all the “mushrooms + its benefits “ I thought the cocoa was going to taste better and sadly it really did not taste that good. I just end up chugging it to get rid of the taste. Also when i add the powder / instant mix to my cold water or even warm, the powder tends the clump up and end up chunky if it gets trapped in the water bottle top or the reminents just float up. I really wanted this to work , and heres a honest review .
