Disappointed

Unfortunately, this product was delivered with the seal already opened, which is unacceptable for a consumable item. Equally disappointing was the way this issue was handled by HydraHD's customer service. Rather than providing a clear and reasonable resolution, the response lacked the professionalism and accountability I expected. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in both the product and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HydraHD's service.
