Beautiful Mittens

Beautiful mittens! I was a bit concerned that the tree wasn't looking like the picture on the pattern. Then I got an e-mail that the instructions had been updated - of course, this is after I was halfway up the mitten. The e-mail didn't indicate what the corrections were - which is bothersome on a 13 page instruction. It would have been so helpful if the e-mail with the updated pattern had indicated what the correction was. Fortunately, reviewing the comments on Ravelry pointed out what the problem was and I only had to reprint one page. Once I got the right instructions, the pattern is going along quite smoothly. I won't have a pair done in time for Christmas, but that's a story for another day.

I just think it’s a simple, yet sophisticaated design. Look forward to making them in the new year.

Haven't had a chance to make them yet, but love the pattern.
