Having Options

I like having the availability of a protein source that doesn’t require refrigeration. I haven’t yet tried the beef but I know of others who have and Im grateful for this option since owning a freezer drier is not an possible at this point

Customer Service

I have made multiple phone calls, left voice messages, and sent multiple emails to change the details of my subscription and no one answers, responds, or calls me back. The product is good, but if no one responds, I may be forced to issue a stop payment through my bank account.

Ignored my cancellation request

I have cancelled twice. No response. Just another order sent. Poor customer service at best. Hoping it isn’t something else. Beef is fine.
