Product is good but the lack of instruction and or video on how to properly size or use reduces the rating

I'm giving this four stars only because there is no instruction/video on how to use these. I know it's not rocket science but some kind of instruction as to what length they should be and how to use them to maximize their benefit would be great. Their quality and construction are solid.
