Great Non-Toxic Cleaner

I've used this cleaner on toilets, bathtubs, campers. I love that I don't have to worry about inhaling toxic fumes. However, when it comes to removing mold/mildew I find this does not help. I still need to use bleach at the end of the day. I will still keep using this product for surface cleaning. But deep cleaning, I am not sure about it unless someone else has suggestions. I also have quartz-granite counter tops that I am unsure if I should be using this product on it.
