Prefer the lite version

the normal nasal strips tend to be stronger/ harder to remove when following the steps on how to remove with warm tea towel + irritate skin compared the lite. I accidentally purchased the normal strips

I found these really helpful for my breathing, even if it was a little weird the first few times. Once I got the hang of placement it definitely improved my breathing during sleep. The only issue I had was it wasn't quite sticky enough for someone who tosses and turns, but stayed on most of the night.
