Amazing samples and affordable price
Cymbal and Tom sounds are stunning, you get two snares (one DW and another generic one I believe) kick is nice and punchy. You get a lot of good hit variation and really nice velocity/tone changes with the snares, toms and cymbals. Only take away is by default the mappings not being what they normally are for a drum kit vst, although I do understand they’ve done this to make room for different hits on cymbals and the hi hats which is probably a good trade off and you can re-map them anyway.

True power(kit)
Powerkit has replaced all other drum VSTs in my workflow. It has everything that’s needed and sounds amazing. I was a huge fan of Counterkit (still am), but Powerkit is just too good not to use.

Great sounding drums
The drums sound great, but unfortunately the Kontakt 8 sampler is almost unusable on my computer. CPU usage above 80%, audio dropping etc. Kontakt 7 works absolutely fine, but you can't load Powerkit into it. Fortunately, there are TCI samples for use in Trigger 2, so that's what I use for now.
