Products present well. Look good. Seem to contain what is described. Everything does indeed come from China so takes around 1 month to get here. The dreaded subscription is far from easy to cancel. In fact it looks lkke its going to be easier to cancel my credit card. They will bill and reship without care if you got the previous shipment or not. Hard to get any response. If i had it to do over and from now on i intend to stay far away from this type marketing game/ near scam. Unfortunate because indo like the product but also not sure it can be trusted.

Expedited shipping! No way order placed August 12th. Received September 9th very poor shipping. Company has no phone number to call, if you email them no reply till 3rd email and then they say they will have to see what is going on No answer on what is going on. Very bad customer service. I don’t know if I will buy again

Order came a month late. Ordered August 5, receieved Sept. 2. I haven't even had time to try the product for a week and the company automatically sent another product and charged me WITHOUT MY CONSENT/AUTHORIZATION on Sept 3! Emailed customer service twice (9/3 and 9/5). No response. Customer Service did return my email mid-August when I inquired that I hadn't receieved product nor shipping updates. I know there is communication somewhere. I can not even rate this product because I have had 0 time to use it AND the company autoshipped and charged my card without consent. Seems to be a reocurring theme. Will not buy again and will report to my bank if no resolution. FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR!
