Basic formula
Basic is by far my fav HR product, everything you want and need all in one product and the flavours are fantastic too. I have a pot of every flavour in the cupboard so I’m never caught short. Basic is a must for all athletes

I drink this every morning without fail, and is the only supplement I recommend to all my clients and training buddies.
Tastes genuinely great (fresh OJ is my fave), even if you slap some salt in there for added electrolytes.
