My order arrived in the amount of time expected. I immediately contacted support because the bottoms in my Soleil Playset were not sized appropriately as described in their size chart (they require that you exchange within 7 days).
Customer service replied to me twice about trying to refund or exchange the whole set since it comes as a set.
Then I didn't not hear anything back even after I sent another email - it's been two months.

I love everything but the shorts should be bigger the xxl fits like and xl especially around the thighs. For reference im 5'4 245lbs

my girl thinks its cute but says it could be better quality. the “micro bikini not included” is put in fine print on purpose. which like i get but its called a playset, its like 100 bucks after taxes and shipping. youd think youd get it all, but its just the top and shorts. i wont be buying from this brand again oml. overpriced for mediocre quality along with the gaul to say no refunds only equivalent exchanges, yeah alright.
