Fit Model Bundle

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I am SO disappointed with this experience that I have to share it. I’m a first-time competitor and was nervous about ordering my suit, so I scheduled a call with Toxic for guidance. I was told they’d confirm my measurements before production and given an estimated timeline. That week came and went, and I heard nothing. I reached out and was told I’d receive shipping info once it shipped. No measurement confirmation ever happened. The suits arrive, and the bottoms are too big. They look ridiculous, literally like a diaper. I sent Toxic photos of the fit issues, and they said the bottoms met competition regulations and wouldn’t recommend sizing down. Instead, they sent two video tutorials on how to try fixing the suits myself. I’m freaking out. My first show is three weeks away, and now I need to learn to sew on top of being in the trenches of prep 😭
