Old design better in one way

Overall we love the clearly filtered products because we want the microplastics etc out of our drinking water. We do get frustrated with the design of the pitchers. The older version never dripped when you poured, except when both reservoirs were very full. But the old version would have black moldy gunk grow where the front res lid was adhered to the top res, and there was no way to clean it. The new pitcher has a hinged lid in the back, and we don’t yet know if we’re going to see the black gunk issue in the front- but we are already frustrated about the fact that this new design drips/leaks ALL the time when pouring, even when only the bottom reservoir is full. We have small puddles of water all over the counter or floor every time we use it. We find that we have to pour REALLY slowly- and even then we get dripping. Frustrating for sure.

The pitcher is nice and sturdy, the filter was relatively easy to install. And the filtered water tastes great!

Great product

Generally I am happy with this water filter. I only wish the bottom part of the unit would be made with the material without plastic. The water taste grea.
