Katie's Buckles is the epitome of excellent customer service, bar none. From my original email inquiry, to receipt of buckles that perfectly fit the Herm Sprenger prong collars better than those from which I ordered from Amazon, the folks at Katie's Buckles couldn't have been kinder, or more helpful. Every communication received was heartful, helpful and kind. The nicest people on the planet. And the most helpful. The buckles delivered included links attached to both sides, to ease the connection to the collars already purchased elsewhere. My only regret was not to have used Katie Buckles to purchase the prong collars from them in the first instance. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!

I had no idea what to expect, my 1st use of a prong collar. Trainer recommended Sprenger. Surprised at how light it is and easy to use & adjust. Very happy with purchase and would recommended this product!

I liked it. I have an older one for my 2 1/2 year old mini GoldenDoodle Savannah, that I liked. I just wanted a newer one.
