Incredibly fast turn around time. I ordered on a Friday and received my product on the following Tuesday! The quality is outstanding! The clasps are light but don't feel cheap. The customer service was incredible. They replied so fast and so eloquently I honestly thought it was Ai that responded so I called on the phone to verify some things and they assured me it was an actual person who sent me the quote.
