Great for the quick one day hubts

I have taken out a couple of hunts and even though I haven’t “used it,” to carry a harvest, the fact that it’s light weight and comfortable makes hiking easier. I like the design in that I do not have to carry an actual pack(unless I want bring more things), for a small morning or evening hunt. I was using a newer military issue rucksack for hunts, which worked to carry my spotter’s scope, a small stool, snacks, etc but I didn’t have space for a harvest. Where I hunt, our hills can be extremely steep with tall shrubs and weeds, making it hard to see the ground for hazards. So, for me to bring harvest back to my truck, via a fireman’s carry isn’t the smartest.

Mod frame

The inly thing I have to compare it to is the ruck sack I carried in the army. This thing is infinitely more comfortable. I like how it keeps the weight off my shoulders and the super thick lower back pad. The only thing that hurts after a long hike is my thighs.

Slick pack

Very nice piece of equipment. Used for elk archery in unit 12 Idaho (steep country) Paired with batwings and am super happy with the setup. Very adjustable, comfortable and very nice to look at. Huge lover of all Eberlestock bags. My wife and I love y’all’s stuff.
