Got there in the end!

We love the bag, I purchased a backpack on behalf of our team for a colleague leaving her role. The purchase was disrupted during shipping ( Royal Mail) which meant I then paid for an interim gift of flowers, so that my former colleague left with a gift on the day. Mia worked this through to reorder, which was successful in the end, but with the additional flowers we didn’t benefit from the sale price! It was well received though along with the little triple set of bags.

I just received a large & a medium backpack & they are so so nice! Such a great design & can fit so much stuff in & it strangely feels so much lighter than my previous bag even though it has exactly the same items in it!? Just so well designed! Customer service helped me with a query & they were excellent I’m so grateful for them going above & beyond - that’s something you don’t get from many companies in this day & age unfortunately so it absolutely needs shouting about when you do receive it. Thanks again so so much I LOVE them 😍

Lovely bag and quick delivery

I'm really pleased with my new bag, it arrived really quickly and it holds loads. I bought it to have space for all my work stuff and to take as hand luggage for short breaks, and I think there will be plenty of space. The straps are well padded, so is the back, so it was comfortable to be carried round London all day.
