I received an oil from The Hair Generation in very poor condition. The bottle arrived open and part of the product had spilled inside the box, making a mess and leaving the container partially empty. It also didn’t look properly sealed, which makes me question its hygiene and quality control. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve their packaging and quality checks.
