Praise Hydration Electrolytes - Fruit Punch

Super happy with this purchase. Mixing is effortless with the shaker bottle, and the flavor is spot on. Finding a hydration drink that cuts out fillers and keeps the sodium at a reasonable level is surprisingly tough, but they nailed it. 100% buying again!

Just got it today after being in the 103° texas heat all day, it tastes great! Very similar to liquid IV, but less salty, and less tart than the body armor flash iv powder. I think its a good buy compared to liquid iv for the price.

Everything from quality to flavor. All ingredients are clean except one i am not sure of which is “Natural Flavor” they can be made up of hundreds of other ingredients. This is just to inform i personally will drink it but it would help if more information on that is clear or etc. Besides that this is a super clean product like the sweetener and stuff. Praise ✝️
