Customer support does not exist. No one responds to the email. They don’t pick up their support phone line. The SwitchBot chat bot will not respond.
This is some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced because it’s nonexistent.

Great products, a few disconnects
I love these products. I have run into a few things that I would love to see resolved. I have many temp and CO2 sensors and two hubs, but it is not trivial to get them to all show the same temp units. My hubs 2 and 3 are stuck in C when here in the US, I want F. The CO2 Meyer’s have a buried top button feature that I found. Also, on my remote, I would love to easily control both my appletv and audio preamp from the same screen, instead of having to back out and go to the other. I will look at manually changing the appletv volume controls. Thanks for great products!

Great idea
Awesome product but I wish it was more user friendly the the scope of pair IR remotes as well as HomeKit. Maybe I just need more literature but not much of that.
Again great product but plug and play means that. I don’t want to tinker
