Different in a good way

I ordered this coffee knowing it had a very unique flavor profile and I have no regrets. I brewed it on the Stagg XF and my espresso machine. I liked it better on my espresso machine (like most coffees) so that’s how I’ve been drinking it daily the past few weeks. Lime and coconut are the most noticeable flavor notes for me, but they are subtle; they don’t transform the flavor profile to the point it tastes more like a juice or tea. Overall, I’ve enjoyed trying it but hard to give it more than 3 stars because of how great Valor’s coffees are in general. I’d say 3 stars = good, 4 stars = really good, 5 stars = great.

We’re big fans of Ethiopia mn coffees, and this is another great one. Bright with a hint of mango. So good.
