Zero customer service

I prefer to support small US businesses and US manufacturing whenever possible and thus opted for the Supernatural vest pack when it was time to replace my aging MTB pack. The product arrived missing 2 small parts required for the hydration system. Repeated attempts to reach customer service yielded no response. Although the design, fit, and materials all seem to be high quality, I have no confidence the company can stand behind their lifetime warranty given they did not reply to my simple customer support inquiry. I would not purchase another product from this company again.

Well thought out, well designed, and very well made. Can’t really find any fault at all in my pack!

Excellent pack! Great materials and design. I’m really a fan of the running style vest pockets. I’m a NICA coach and it’s really nice to quick access to a small pump , Allen wrenches, or snacks without having to remove my pack. The only thing to consider is the harness size. I’m 6 ft 205 lbs and it barely fits me. I have the straps maxed out and there’s no room left.
