I am an Australian size 12 to 14 and this fits perfectly with a thick long-sleeve t shirt and jumper underneath, while still allowing for movement and the ability to do all the zips/velcro up. Length is great, covers the rear end easily, my hunting cap can be worn over top of the hood as well.
