Wrong Personalization And No Real Noise Reduction

I personalized two sets with different names, but when I received them, they both had the same name. I won't be returning them, as the process feels too complicated for me. It is what it is. I've tried them in several different environments and settings. The only thing I've noticed is that I hear myself louder, but I don't notice much of a reduction in outside noise, when I was expecting a significant one.

Going to the BTS Arirang concert in Baltimore for both days, these worked amazing. Protecting myself from other ARMY screams and cries was well worth it.
