I did a subscription with the first bottle and didn't even use but half of it up. I noticed that my hair felt weighed down and a residue after using it. I gave it another try and still the same thing along with itching on my scalp. I waited out the subscription hoping that I would like it. I kept changing the date to reship because I didn't want another bottle. Then I forgot to cancel the reship and sent me another bottle. Now I need to send it back and get a refund. I've tried contacting you via email and no response.

One word: amazing. Bought the shampoo together with conditioner. Please believe when I say this is the best organic shampoo in the market. Leaves hair smelling amazing- so soft from root to end.
