Trot Elevated Complete Set with Mat & Stand

These sets for your dog are terrible. Within a week I had to have a stand replaced because it was so flimsy it broke from the weight of the bowls filled! Now the bowls are supposed to be magnetic and stay on stand, but they do not! my puppy has experienced them moving and sliding off stand while trying to eat, frightening her!! This company will now not answer any emails or calls from me to return. I spent over $300 purchasing 2 sets because of their false advertising! I advise not to waste your money. Terrible product, awful customer care! Beware!

While it’s easy to clean (the outside), it does not stick/isn’t as magnetic as they advertise. While my dogs eating the bowl always lifts up and almost falls off of the tray. It’s also really hard to clean the inside of the slow feeder metal bowl. I don’t think this is worth the money.
